Q: How do I find out what shows are playing?
All current and upcoming shows are listed here: theatre.gateway.sg/events

Q: How and where do I purchase tickets? What are the Box Office hours?
To purchase tickets, click the ‘Buy Tickets’ link found under the show’s listing. 

Q: Where do I collect my tickets?
If you are collecting your tickets at Gateway Theatre, head to our Box Office located on the left-side of the building.  

Q: Does my infant or child need a ticket?
We love to have families enjoy a show together, but we do have a minimum age requirement of 6 years and above at our performance venue. Also, you do need to purchase a ticket for your child. Do check with the show’s organiser if you need further clarification.

Q: I lost my ticket. What do I do?
Please contact the ticketing agency directly and have your payment details and personal information ready.  

Q: What if I’m running late? Then what?
Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break (if any) during the performance that is determined by the show’s organiser.
